1. Return & Refund Period
Customers can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
Product must not be used more than 10%.
Item should be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions
If perfume is used more than 10%.
If bottle is damaged by the customer.
Sale or discounted items (if applicable).

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you about approval.
If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund will be sent to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer will bear return shipping cost unless wrong or damaged product was sent by us.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.
